Food Inventions

                    Salads and Salad dressings                                                                                        

      Salads as we know them today are truly American but they did not really invent it. We Americans have made the salad very popular, especially with the women. They are dainty, and colorful, and they are eye-appealing which makes a lot of sense we eat with our eyes first, and they complement most meals and can be used as a entree (main course) or a side salad with other foods.                                                      
                     1. Fruit salad                                                                                                    
                     2.Vegetable
                     3. Leafy green
                     4. Meat
                     5.Seafood
                     6.Gelatin
