I have and so has a good friend of mine, been looking for a 100% Gluten Free cook book with not good results, it seems that the recipe books have some recipes that are gluten free but I would like to see a gluten free cook book all (Gluten Free)... So I will show you what a 100% gluten free cook book looks like. Every page you look at is there for you health, so you go for it.  Start your 1st day on your gluten free 1 week trail by getting the breakfast you would eat out and just look at it, is there flour in it at all? you answered yes to yourself, the toast, the muffin or that bagel, well get rid of it... have a extra piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. You will never know that you didn't have that piece of toast you will be so full and without that pasty feeling you get from the (gluten) hence the word (glue). People seem to think that it is real easy to just get gluten free food, but a lot like the old saying you can't judge a book by its cover, that is so true. Please don't be fooled... It just takes that one meal that was told to you was gluten free and something in there was not, now you feel yuk (E) but there is nothing you can do about it. Keep your head up high and you will find that you are feeling better and better each day by taking out the flour (wheat) from your diet, it will show and you won't believe it at first and it becomes so easy to stay happy and much healthier.
